I am a pipeline volunteer. I am a Island Chief for 5th and 6th graders, and I also just got back from camp where I was a counselor for the 3rd grade boys. We had a blast. Outside of volunteering and attending Sandals, I am a second year math Teacher at King High School here in Riverside. I love interacting with kids and that is why I am a teacher and a volunteer at Pipeline.
What motivates you to live the Christian life?
To please God in everything I do because he is the creator and my father.
What is you best Pipeline memory?
Spending a week at camp were I got to meet a lot of amazing kids. I got to teach them about God, and also sing and dance praises to the Lord.
Why do you serve at Pipeline?
I love kids. I love interacting and teaching them about life and God.
How do you manage to be relational every week with our young pipeline friends?
By spending time with them. Asking them about their week, playing games with them, and encouraging them to praise God in everything that they do.
In what ways do you see God working at Pipeline?
I see volunteers stepping up and rising to the occasion. Going above and beyond what we are asked to do. Also seeing more and more kids ask God to come into their lives.
